How to Release Negative Thoughts

Use this technique to release negative thoughts. It’s very simple, No matter where you are, all you have to do Is sit back in your chair and for just a few moments.

  1. Take a nice deep breath.
  2. Close your eyes.
  3. And for just a moment I want you to think back to an hour ago, a day ago, a month ago. If you have any hardships and his sadness. If there was any pain, or discomfort. If there is any trauma, sadness. If you are angry about something or have built up resentment that you had not thought of. If you have suppressed any of that anger and resentment and if you have any. Thing that you’re ashamed of or feel guilty of, or have been guilty.-
    Just for a moment close your eyes and let all our pour.
    Pour into your conscious mind and bring it to surface.
    Anything from an hour ago, a day ago, a month ago, a year ago, ten years ago, maybe five years ago, maybe three years ago. Or maybe when you were five years old. Maybe when you were ten years old. Things you saw. Things you heard.Things you said.
    Either knowingly or unknowingly. That you felt it. Where you were told. All that somewhere somehow has pain to you. Are you still feel the pain. And you held onto it.

I want you to just like speed of light just let it all come and think about it. And then from here from the top of your head drop it as if you can see it you can hear it. And right before you speak it. You allow it to sink in. And let it all come down from your shoulders into your arms from your arms into your hand from your hand into the palm of your hand. Just open your hand the palm of your hand face of and just let it all drip. Of flow. All come into the palm of your hand. Just loaded on. Drip. That at all. Come into the palm of your hand. And let your hand become real heavy. I want you to take a whole of all that. I want you to put it all in the palm of your hand.
And feel the weight. Feel your arm, feel your hand get heavy. And the more you think of at the more you feel the more you let go and drop it in the palm of your hand your hand. Was feel much heavier than your mind your head. Every thought every idea every concept every image every thought. Every word. And if it is just a feeling let the feeling drop into the palm of your hand if it is thoughts words that you heard that were spoken to you. Were harsh. Or you said something. Let it all come. No judgment just release. Release and let it go. And bring it into the palm of your hand.
And the moment you have it all reported all just for now. As much as you can. Feel that tingling sensation at the palm of your hand. If I after doing so much I can still feel more. Feeling guilty. Being told that I’m wrong. Or I felt not enough. South my mistakes. I’m just dropping it in here. In contrast to laugh. And when you believe you’ve had emptied most of it, just for today, when you to lovingly close it. Close the palm of your hand. Close the palm of your hand. And very gently lovingly.
Squeeze.
Squeeze.
Squeeze.
Squeeze.
Squeeze.
Squeeze.
Squeeze.
As if juicing it.
As it a juicing it all
and then and the count of three we’re going to release the whole thing.
One – Two Three.
Let it all go.
Let it all go
and shake off, shake it off, shake it off, shake it off and let it all drop. It releases. Literally a drains so much that you have suppressed, that you have held onto without realizing. Everything that you thought of you how long to either knowingly or unknowingly either consciously or subconsciously, that had weighed you down, or has been weighing you down. That you didn’t know you can just release.

As a matter of fact. This evening or tomorrow morning, when you take a shower, just close your eyes do the same thing again. As shake it off you can even do it with both hands and shake it off. But the beauty is when from the left hand you bring in you receive abundance you receive joy you receive and as you receive and you give in your nurture it’s the right hand this dude doer that races it and let’s it go. I want you to feel that you are a total control and no matter what it is that you held onto.
Today. Just for today. You can just shake it off.

And if you practice this. Every day. At least once a day.
It didn’t take even three minutes. Remember the three? Took you it can take you only three minutes to do the same. And can be just fast as this. You think it. You pour it in here you squeeze it all out you let them a girl and you feel lighter. And when you take a shower to stand under the shower and as the water is coming down you say to yourself from this day forward.

“Every day in every way I release and let go.

I am clear.

I am calm

I am connected.

I am key cleansing.

I am powerful.

I am strong.

I am worthy.

I am light.

I am love.

I am loving.

I am kind.

I am deserving.

I am worthy.

I am.

I.

I matter.

It’s a simple affirmation, It’s a simple suggestion and it is so wonderful to do something when you do it physically emotionally and with the power of suggestion to you. With the affirmation in to release and let go. You no longer need to hold onto things that are not a necessity. And have already done its course.

It’s time to release. It’s time to let go. It’s time to heal within.
