Compassion and Hypnotherapy
Compassion – Take a moment this National Human Rights and Animal Rights Day to reflect on compassion and shared humanity. Learn how hypnotherapy can help you foster inner peace and make the world a more compassionate place.
Greetings, greetings, greetings! Welcome to HealTalk with Liza. It’s always a joy to connect with you, isn’t it? Today, we honor National Human Rights Day and Animal Rights Day—a time to pause and reflect on what it means to truly coexist on this Earth.
Have you ever wondered why these dedicated days are necessary? After all, aren’t we all human? Don’t we all deserve the right to exist, live, and thrive? And what about the animals we share this planet with? As much as we’d like to think of rights as universal, many people and animals face daily struggles for basic safety and respect.
Let’s explore how we can make a difference—starting with compassion and patience.
Why Human Rights Day Matters
This special day reminds us that the fight for equality and dignity is far from over. Many individuals still face barriers to freedoms that others take for granted. Recognizing our shared humanity is a step toward creating a kinder world.
Compassion Starts Within
Compassion begins with self-awareness. When we understand our own fears and judgments, we open the door to shifting them. This holiday season, compassion doesn’t mean solving everyone’s problems—it means holding space for their experiences.
Practical Tips for Cultivating Patience and Compassion
- Pause and Breathe: Before reacting to challenges, take a deep breath. Respond with intention, not frustration.
- Practice Empathy: Put yourself in someone else’s shoes. What might their struggles feel like?
- Small Acts of Kindness: A smile or a kind word can brighten someone’s day.
- Acknowledge Common Humanity: We’re all navigating life’s ups and downs. Recognizing this makes forgiveness easier.
Hypnotherapy: A Path to Inner Calm
Staying patient and calm, especially during the holidays, isn’t always easy. Hypnotherapy can help you release subconscious blocks, manage stress, and find balance. With these tools, you can approach life with clarity and grace—for yourself and others.
If you’re ready to cultivate more compassion and patience in your life, take the first step today. Let’s work together to help you thrive, especially during this hectic season.

HealWithin also offers audio recordings for sleep, stress reduction, and self-esteem.
Can I Hypnotize Myself?
Yes, it’s called self-hypnosis. Hypnotherapy empowers you by providing tools to manage stress in your daily life. You can learn self-hypnosis techniques, enabling you to enter a state of relaxation whenever needed. These techniques can be practiced at home, allowing you to take control of their stress levels independently. My audio recordings can help guide you.
Self-hypnosis is so powerful that I have undergone several dental surgeries without anesthesia or painkillers. You can see me on YouTube having dental surgery with only self-hypnosis.

Welcome to Heal Talk Tuesday with Liza, where
transformation begins as we evoke, embrace, and evolve.
Greetings, greetings, greetings, and no welcome to Heal Talk
Tuesday. This is Liza. It’s so good to be here with you, isn’t it?
Today, we honor national humans’ rights day and animals’ rights day.
Actually, it makes me pause and wonder, why do we
even need these reminders? Aren’t we all human?
I mean, don’t we all deserve the right to exist and
live and thrive, especially on this mother earth?
Today, we’re going to be talking about that.
The truth is not everyone, when we think about
it, not everyone experiences and enjoys this
freedom, the freedom of having the rights.
Actually, if you are in the United States, you have probably been experiencing
a lot of things and hearing things about Middle East and other countries.
So, many both people and animals outside of here, even sometimes
even here, they feel as if they don’t have a sense of freedom.
So, I’m going to be talking about not only national humans’ rights
day and animals day, but it’s the sense of freedom within ourselves.
It’s like one of my clients who came in and says, “I want to be free.”.
And what does free internally mean and not so much the right to exist?
So, because so many are struggling and for most
this basic respect and safety lacks from the inside.
So, how can we do something become more compassionate, especially during
the holidays and practice this compassion acceptance for one another?
I know that one of the things that I talk about is a lot
of things in life are perception and where you are in life.
Please do share if you have a sense of freedom, a sense of joy. The
opposite of joy, opposite of happiness is what is depression, it is fear.
Everything is based on joy or the bottom
line fear. When working as a hypnotherapist,
as a stress management, as a coach, I’m not your unique hypnotherapist or hypnotist.
It’s not like doing a script and doing the hypnosis and the issue is gone.
But tapping into the core and understanding what is the root cause of it. Sometimes
it happens in just a few sessions and other times it may take more sessions.
So, understanding that I’ve spent years in the
self-help industry, 24 years practicing as a
hypnotherapist, got my certification in stress
management, action coaching, domestic abuse.
It’s not how much money I’ve spent in there, but
what I have gained and how I treat my clients.
So, when a client comes in and they stop smoking in two sessions, that means we
delve in and fast because they want the transformations right there right now.
So, they want to go from that pain factor, leaving two packs
of cigarettes to be free, a sense of freedom from the smoking.
So, let’s go back to human rights. This day reminds
us that equality and dignity aren’t universal.
So, not only I inspire my clients, what if we all inspire
to acknowledge this shared humanity in every one of us.
Compassion begins when we reflect on our own judgments, the way we judge others.
On the way they trust, the way they look, the way they sound, color, race, religion.
Having the compassion to understand, we all deserve to be here.
That is why we are here.
As Wayne Dyer used to say, we are all spirits and
souls in the human body existing here together.
So, pausing to take this moment when we are irritated
during traffic, irritated with a loved one, what they say,
what they do, and your patient comes so low, especially
during the holidays, going to the malls wanting to shop.
Take a moment to breathe and let them through.
Take a moment to breathe and appreciate that
that loved one may not be here tomorrow.
Or, what they say, make that as my grandmother used to say, “On Gachit Ojada.”
It’s like making an earring, a ring around your ears and your earlobes.
So, because you may bypass what I’m saying, ignore what I’m saying, but they will
calm that you will remember what I’m saying and say, “See now it makes sense.”.
So, a smile, a kind word, a small gesture can make a whole
lot of a difference, not only to humans, but also to animals.
Actually, more people, when they are irritated, they see an animal a pet
and it’s like they light up more than their loved one standing next to them.
And, so this is in, if you are feeling overwhelmed by all means,
feeling overwhelmed, struggling, stay with patients and feel clumber.
Know that there are ways so that you can help yourself and a loved one.
Human rights is your right. A part of
everything that I do is evoking what was, it’s
evoking the past and recognizing the issues,
recognizing that instead of being disconnected.
Connect with said, just yesterday I had a
client who came in wanting to do hypnobirthing.
And yet she is so stressed, so worried about what’s going to happen
after the baby is boring, that she’s not even one with the baby.
It’s just like I said, touch your baby, touch your tummies.
Let’s have a communication because this is easy birthing
is being connected with the baby with your body.
So, instead of worrying about what’s going to happen after that it’s
going to be healthy, that’s going to be right here, right now be present.
Be present. Have this sense of joy as you’re carrying the baby.
See this connection with yourself, connection with the baby. It is
the baby’s right and you’re right to see out for everything right now.
This is my moment, this is my time.
So, knowing how to calm yourself, hypnotherapy
and stress management can guide you.
Can guide you to releasing the subconscious blocks and building
that inner calm within yourself, inner trust within yourself?
So, if you can just imagine, yeah, you can think, you can analyze
and judge and reason and criticize, of course, but what if you could
just imagine responding to challenges with more grace, with more
ease, clarity, a sense of peace, knowing that you’re free to express,
and it is your right to have a say.
It is. Every single one of us has the right to speak to be here.
So, if this resonates with you by all means, please visit www.lizevobari.com
or even heal within.com and learn more how to connect with
them, how to de-stress, how hypnosis can help you ease your trauma,
your pain and bring you a sense of calm and freedom within yourself.
So, let’s work together to help you thrive,
not only during the season, but calm January.
As a matter of fact, you can start right now and yesterday I was having lunch
with a client of mine and when we were talking and I said, why do we buy cars?
It is to move us forward, right, to drive so
we can go places, we can do things in life.
Car is to move you forward. So, when a client comes in here, when you come in
here, please, I will correct you if you say, I want to go back to where I was. No.
If you want to go back is only in the mind so
we can understand what was the corporate, what
was the cause, what was the reason you are
feeling this way so we can nip it in the button.
If you’re afraid, right? So, we don’t want to go back
to where we were and we experience the same things.
The car is to move you forward, it is not to back you
up. It doesn’t move backwards, it only moves forward.
You’re only back up to part temporarily. Remember, so
what I do and have noticed is take you to another time
and a place only for you to recognize, to have clarity,
to bring you back temporarily so that you can move.
So that you can move forward with more
ease, clarity and peace. That is your right.
And so, I hope this makes sense. Hi, how are
you? Thank you for being here. Yes, by all means.
I know the holiday season this year and we are talking about human
rights and animal rights. You know, I can’t wait to go home and
hug my darling, my little one actually on the 15th, he turned six
years old and six years ago when I brought him, he was this much.
And for the first six, seven months, I, my mom just
because I was living with my mom at that time. It was like,
what all the baby stuff, their puppy stuff and peeing and
pulling and everything and going into a lot of things.
I know there was a time that my mom was like,
you and your dog get out of this house, I can’t
deal with this and now. And now, he is the joy
that is in the house. He brings so much joy.
So, you matter. I matter. We matter. So again,
thank you for joining me on this Heal Talk
Tuesday. By all means, go to my YouTube,
Liza Bourbari. Please subscribe. Please share.
If this information was beneficial to you and to
a loved one, do share. You do like, I love hearts.
And so as you go through this holiday season, may you walk
with grace, walk with more clarity in every interaction. And
remember, everyone, every being deserves kindness, dignity and
the right to simply be part of our mother earth and enjoy this.
And enjoy the same prosperous loving place that we exist together as one. So until
next week, God bless you and made a
universal light surround you always. Bye-bye.
